A-List Preferred Corporate Tier Experience Details

Your company’s partnership with Southwest Airlines may make you eligible for promotional Rapid Rewards® A-List Preferred status for 90 days. Between now and December 31, 2024, follow the steps below to find out if you qualify for this promotion. If you qualify for promotional A-List Preferred status, to extend this promotional A-List Preferred status for an additional 12 months, between your enrollment date for this promotion (as determined by Southwest) and the end of your 90 day promotional period you must either (1) book and complete three round trip qualifying flights or six one-way qualifying flights, or (2) earn 8,000 Tier qualifying points from your qualifying flights booked and flown between your enrollment date for this promotion and end of your 90 day promotional period. To find out if you qualify for this promotion, follow these simple steps:

  2. Fill out the form below and click the “Submit” button
    • Provide the information required in the form and click the “Submit” button to accept the A-List Preferred Corporate Tier Experience Terms and Conditions and find out if you qualify for this promotion.

If you qualify for promotional A-List Preferred status, to extend this promotional A-List Preferred status for an additional 12 months, between your enrollment date for this promotion (as determined by Southwest) and the end of your 90 day promotional period you must either (1) book and complete three round trip qualifying flights or six one-way qualifying flights, or (2) earn 8,000 Tier qualifying points from your qualifying flights booked and flown between your enrollment date for this promotion and end of your 90 day promotional period.

A-List Preferred Corporate Tier Experience Terms and Conditions

In order to qualify for this A-List Preferred Corporate Tier Experience promotion, between now and December 31, 2024 (“Registration Period”) (a) Member must complete the steps noted above, including, without limitation, providing the information required in the form and clicking the “Submit” button, (b) Member must not currently have A-List Preferred status on Southwest Airlines, (c) Member’s current employer must have a current and effective corporate travel agreement executed with Southwest Airlines that provides for A-List Preferred Corporate Tier Experience and the A-List Preferred Corporate Tier Experience provision in such agreement must be valid at the time of Member’s request for enrollment in  A-List Preferred Corporate Tier Experience, and (d) Member must not have received promotional A-List Preferred Status through A-List Preferred Corporate Tier Experience within the last 12 months. Please note: Enrollment in this A-List Preferred Corporate Tier Experience promotion more than once during a twelve-month period is not allowed. Qualification and receipt of promotional A-List Preferred status confirmation must be completed prior to booking of travel to receive A-List Preferred benefits. Please allow up to 10 days to process the promotional A-List Preferred status. You will receive an email notification when you’ve qualified for this A-List Preferred Corporate Tier Experience promotion. Offer is nontransferable. If you qualify for promotional A-List Preferred status, during the A-List Preferred Corporate Tier Experience promotional period you will not receive an A-List Preferred card, but you will receive all A-List Preferred status benefits on all flights booked after qualifying for this A-List Preferred Corporate Tier Experience promotion, when you provide your Rapid Rewards account number when making your reservation.

To extend promotional A-List Preferred status for 12 months, after qualifying for this A-List Preferred Corporate Tier Experience promotion, between Member’s enrollment date for this A-List Preferred Corporate Tier Experience promotion and the end of Member’s 90 day promotional period Member must either (1) book and complete three qualifying round trip flights (or six one-way qualifying flights) or (2) earn 8,000 tier qualifying points from your qualifying flights booked and flown between Member’s enrollment date for this A-List Preferred Corporate Tier Experience promotion and the end of Member’s 90 day promotional period. If promotional A-List Preferred Status is not extended for 12 months by Member meeting the above requirements, then Member will return to their original status level, unless (a) such status has already expired, (b) Member had promotional A-List status through Corporate Tier Experience or Corporate Status Match, or (c) Member did not have any status prior to enrolling in A-List Preferred Corporate Tier Experience.

Valid on new reservations booked between Member’s enrollment date for this A-List Preferred Corporate Tier Experience promotion and the end of Member’s 90 day promotional period. A qualifying one-way flight for A-List Preferred status is a one-way revenue flight on Southwest Airlines® from an origin city to a destination city, including any intermediate stops and/or connections on Southwest Airlines. A qualifying round trip flight for A-List Preferred status is a revenue flight on Southwest Airlines from an origin city to a destination city and back to the originating airport or carrier-recognized co-terminal. Purchased points will not qualify for this A-List Preferred Corporate Tier Experience promotion. Tier qualifying points are earned through the purchase of revenue flights or through the use of the Rapid Rewards Premier and Priority Consumer Credit Cards and the Rapid Rewards Premier and Performance Business Credit Cards. Companion Pass, charter flights, Southwest Vacations® packages, and reward and group travel do not qualify as one-way or round trip revenue flights for extension of promotional A-List Preferred status. Changes made to an itinerary after purchase of a one-way or round trip revenue flight may eliminate qualification for extension of promotional A-List Preferred status. Southwest reserves the right to suspend this promotion at any point without notice. If A-List Preferred status is earned by flying 50 qualifying one-way flights or earning 70,000 tier qualifying points in the calendar year while qualified for promotional A-List Preferred status, the regular A-List Preferred status will supersede the promotional A-List Preferred status, entitling the Member to A-List Preferred status through December 31, 2025. If A-List status is earned by flying 25 qualifying one-way flights or earning 35,000 tier qualifying points in the calendar year while qualified for promotional A-List Preferred status, the promotional A-List Preferred status will supersede the regular A-List status until the promotional A-List Preferred status expires, and at such time of expiration the Member will receive A-List status through December 31, 2025.

1Boarding positions will be automatically reserved for you and the Passengers on your reservation 36 hours prior to the flight. You and Passengers on your reservation will still need to check in within 24 hours of scheduled departure to retrieve your boarding passes. Some restrictions apply. These restrictions include, but are not limited to, your reservation must be booked 36 hours prior to scheduled departure, and on Group Travel itineraries, priority boarding will only apply to A-List and A-List Preferred Members.

2Priority Lane and Express Lane are designed to speed our Business Select and Anytime Customers, as well as A-List, and A-List Preferred Members, through check-in and security lines. Priority Lane is at the Southwest check-in counter, and Express Lane is at the security checkpoint. 3Free same-day change/standby
Same-day change: On the day of travel, you can switch free of airline charges to another flight with space available departing on the same calendar day between the same origin airport and destination airport as your original flight. With the exception of A-List Preferred and A-List Members, Customers who purchase Wanna Get Away fares are not eligible for free same-day change.
Same-day standby: You can list for same-day standby on an earlier flight via a Southwest Customer Service Agent at the airport or the Southwest app or mobile web. You will receive a message based on the contact preference selected during booking if you are cleared on the flight.
For both same-day change and same-day standby, you must change your flight or request to be added to the same-day standby list at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure of your original flight or the no-show policy will apply. If using the app or mobile web for standby, you must list your name 30 minutes ahead of scheduled departure. You will be required to pay any government taxes and fees associated with these itinerary changes but refunds will be provided. Your original boarding position is not guaranteed. Southwest Business Customers booked through travel agencies may need to see a Southwest agent at the airport for both a same-day change or standby listing. See Southwest.com/standby. for more details. If an A-List or A-List Preferred Member is traveling on a multiple-Passenger reservation, same-day standby and same-day change will not be provided for non-A-List or non-A-List Preferred Members in the same reservation.

4Qualifying flights include flights booked and flown through Southwest® and flights paid entirely with dollars, Southwest LUV Vouchers®, gift cards or flight credits, and with no portion of the purchase price paid for with Rapid Rewards® points or Rapid Rewards Business points. Cash + Points bookings will not earn Rapid Rewards points, tier qualifying points for A-List or A-List Preferred status, or Companion Pass® qualifying points.

6On flights traveling 176 miles or more, A-List Preferred Members receive up to two complimentary premium drinks per leg. Flights traveling 175 miles or less only serve water. Drink coupons are subject to availability. Service may also be limited at Southwest's discretion. This coupon has no cash value. Drink coupon is void if altered, sold, purchased, brokered, or bartered. Non-exchangeable for other goods or services. Southwest Airlines reserved the right to discontinue its drink coupon program at any time. Coupon is invalid after expiration date and will not be updated or replaced. Must be 21 or older to consume alcoholic beverages. Alcohol purchased with drink coupons must be consumed onboard the aircraft. Beverage options may change at any time and are subject to availability. On flights that are not eligible for a digital boarding pass, a physical boarding pass may be shown onboard to demonstrate A-List Preferred status and premium drink eligibility.
